Troy began working in various New York City law firms in 1980 as clerk and learned civil litigation practices. From there, he started learning how to retrieve title records from the County Clerk. The firm also did a lot of commercial real estate work around the country. Troy moved to Los Angeles in 1992, wanting to get away from the winter season of the east coast. He used what he learned in New York City and transferred those skills to California, and now Texas. Troy truly believes that the more you educate the home buyer, the easier the financial transactions. Troy also speaks Spanish.
